Refund Policy:

Rental—No refund is available after an event unless photo booth performance does not meet standards of availability set in Service Agreement. A prorated refund, based on actual up-time, will be given if the photo booth and the equipment used by The Columbus Photo Booth Company fail to perform for more than 15 minutes during an event for which our services have been rented.  Under no circumstance with a refund be given once the CD/DVD of the high-resolution images has been delivered to the person of record as stated in the signed Service Agreement.
