Photo Booth Rental Pricing

The Columbus Photo Booth Company's packages start at $750 and are dependent on the time of year and day of the week; however, we offer many promotions throughout the year. For this reason, we ask that you call us at 614-961-8648 or email us via our contact us page, and our staff will thoroughly explain our current rates and special promotions regarding our photo booth (picture booth) rentals with you.

A $300 deposit is required to officially reserve your date in our system; the remaining

balance will be due two weeks prior to the date of your event.

In addition to our standard packages, we also have the following options for your consideration.

Our minimum photo booth (picture booth) rental is three hours and our maximum is usually six hours; however, we have served a few events that have required a rental exceeding six hours.

An 'Exterior Monitor’ – this option will thoroughly entertain your guests as they view what's happening in the booth as they await their turn! Sure to get a ton of laughs.
A 'Projector & Slideshow' – we'll set up a state-of-the-art projector and a huge screen near the photo booth, constantly displaying and updating pictures taken during your event on a 20-picture grid for you and your guests to view all night long. A very popular and entertaining option for any event.
'The Royal Treatment' – sure to add a touch of class to any event as we’ll roll out a red carpet showing the way to photo booth and we’ll place six stanchions (waist-high metal stands) connected by red velvet roping between each. A great way to treat your guests like VIP’s.
'Congratulations Posters' – elegantly displayed on an easel, we’ll custom design a 20” x 30” poster where guests can sign a nice message specifically to the guest of honor. Popular for wedding, birthdays, anniversaries, bar/bat mitzvahs, etc.
'Customized 'Backdrops' – If you have a special color or style you’d like to be in the background of all the pictures taken in the booth, we can make this happen!
'Plastic Frames or Bookmarks' – a thoughtful party favor allowing your guests to proudly display their pictures from your event at work or at home. Please note, our standard backdrop color is black.
'Table Announcements' – we’ll consult with you to design a customized ‘picture-announcement’, placed on each table at your event, thanking your guests for their attendance and reminding them to have their pictures taken at least once in the photo booth.
'Customized 'Exterior Signage' – we’ll consult with you to design a customized sign to "brand the booth" in any way you’d like. Very popular for corporate and non-profit events.
