It's always best to have your reservation request placed well before the actual date of your event as most of our photo booths (picture booths) are usually reserved months, if not years, in advance. As you can imagine, our schedule is limited and fills very quickly even with a very large fleet of photo booths (picture booths) available. With a little planning, chances are you'll get the date you want before someone else does!

Once you've decided to reserve one or more of our photo booths, a staff member at The Columbus Photo Booth Company will send you our 'Service Agreement' containing the terms and conditions that will apply to your rental.

Simply complete all fields, print, sign, insert a $300 deposit made payable to The Columbus Photo Booth Company and snail mail to:

If you prefer, scanning your signed 'Service Agreement' and emailing it to us is acceptable as well.

Once we've received your signed 'Service Agreement' and your $300 deposit has cleared, your event will officially be reserved in our system and an authorized representative of The Columbus Photo Booth Company will counter-sign the agreement and email a copy to you, including an invoice for your records confirming that your event is now booked with us. We'll also be happy to answer any lingering questions or concerns you may have at this point.

The remaining balance, less your $300 deposit, will be due no later than two weeks prior to your event date. That's all there is to it!!
